Our lovely website is host to many clients to view at any time.DKM is registered through portals with reputable clients and casting agencies who have access to your profile when jobs come in.

These portals are frequently maintained and updated by DKM staff. Updating our talents photos, measurements and details.

We can use our knowledge and contacts to recommend our talents for a suitable particular role.

We represent all talents from the ages of 3 months up to 80+. DKM models represent a diverse range with no discrimination in any field.

All fields must be filled out with a recent suitable photo of yourself/the talent.

Once we review your application, we will let you know if you have been invited to an interview.

Interviews can either be via zoom or on set at our studio.

DKM offer a twelve month contract for the representation of yourself/the talent. A contract is signed because we are an exclusive agency.

Termination can be arranged at any time which is subject to mutual agreement from DKM and Parent/Guardian of the child. No refund will be given to terminated contracts.

No, unfortunately under no circumstances as we are an exclusive agency. The talent can only be represented by one agency at a time.

We work hard to represent you. You would need to advise us if you are contracted with another agency as we would not be able to represent you until the contract has ended or a mutual agreement has been reached with signed documentation by you and the other representing agency.

We act as a representative agent and we submit a talent who we feel are suitable for the job/role that has been requested.

Unfortunately, no agency can ever guarantee work. It all depends on what they are looking for and at the end of the day ultimately it’s the clients choice who they choose for the job.

It's our job to provide you with the opportunities, submit you for work and the rest is up to the client.

We will submit our talent for various types of work in modelling and acting fields. These include:

It all depends on the type of job/role that our talent is hired for. Each client may have different budgets and therefore it is hard to say what the pay rate will be.

Fee structure would be explained to you most of the time prior to each audition/job as it can range from an hourly rate for a television extra work to thousands of dollars for a TV Commercial or a part in a feature film.

A large volume of the work and auditions are during the week as most clients themselves work during business hours.

We will always try to accommodate around school/work hours where it is possible.

Auditions can be a little more flexible which will be the choice of the clients.

All children under the age of 15 years most often require a permit for an exemption from school. DKM will help both clients and parents obtain one when required.

The scheduled commission will be calculated from the talents gross earnings and GST will be calculated on the commission amount only where necessary.

DKM models fee structure is a once off payment for a twelve month representation.

Fees are payable on joining the agency and include a full comprehensive portfolio photo shoot, high resolution digital images and Comp Card, digital administration and setup support, online talent portals, optional extras to our training industry related training workshops in modelling with photo shoots and runway, in acting with script rehearsals, casting calls and auditions.

Yes a TFN is required as we act as a representing agent only and not the employer.

You are responsible to declare your earnings and pay your own tax if it's not deducted by the client. DKM models do not deduct your tax.

For our junior talents, It is the responsibility of the parent to apply for a tax file number for their child.

A Tax File Declaration Form will need to be provided otherwise the clients can deduct almost 50% of our talents pay. PAYG taxation are deducted by most clients.

Yes, you can rest assure that you all are in safe hands at DKM. It's very important to us!

Our team have a large variety of experience within the industry and it's compulsory for ALL our staff members to have a current Working With Children's Check and MUST obtain a Police Check on commencement of employment.

We also have a fully trained and up-to date First Aide representative.
